Safety is our top priority at City Hostel. We strictly adhere to Sweden’s high standards for fire protection in hotel operations. To maximize security, the public areas are monitored by cameras.

We offer convenient luggage rooms where you can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Our dormitories have lockers (bring your own padlock or buy one from reception for €65) to ensure your belongings are protected.

Even when the reception is closed, we are always available. Use our intercom at the entrance door to get in touch with staff. Your safety is our priority at City Hostel.

Check-in is from 14:00.

Happens before noon. 11:00.

Cancellations must be made no later than 11:00, three days before arrival (different rules apply for group bookings, please contact us for more information). In case of later cancellation or no-show, the entire stay will be charged. The same rules apply in case of early departure before the agreed booking end date.

All beds are equipped with a pillow, duvet and free linen. Bath towels are available for rent at the reception. Please use bedding; sleeping bags and silk bags are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

City Hostel is a non-smoking and non-alcoholic hostel.

We offer free Wi-Fi and computers for all guests to use at no extra cost.

We offer a daytime laundry service for a small fee. Detergent and tumble dryer included.

Parking garage is one block away on Carl-gustaf Lindstedts gata. It is also perfectly possible to find a parking space on the street in the vicinity, which is considerably cheaper than parking garages, provided that you follow the rules.

City Hostel is a pet-free hostel.

Unfortunately, non-paying guests are not allowed to join the hostel.
